We currently accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Your credit card will not be processed until you have approved your proof.

Promotions  Promotion codes and discounts can be used as a full or partial payment in the shopping cart. Please note that certain conditions may apply to the codes and discounts, for example a minimum order value. Only one promotion code can be used per order. To redeem a promotion or coupon codes enter the code in the field titled "promotion code" on the Shopping Cart page during checkout.

UPS Ground shipping is free for any order over $300 in apparel after quantity discounts. Orders less than $300 will be charged $15 for shipping and handling.

If you need faster shipping service, there may be a fee to accommodate the added cost.

We ship only to the United States, Canada and military APO AE addresses (Please allow extended time for APO AE addresses.)

Free shipping does not apply to orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Actual shipping charges will be applied to the order.

5. Returns and Cancellations

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS:  All returns require an authorization number, and must be requested within 10 days of receipt of the items.  All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging along with paperwork.  Please provide a reason for the return. Modified, damaged, or abused products will not be accepted as credit items.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise returned that are non-defective.

CANCELLATIONS / BAD ADDRESS / REFUSALS:  Cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee if cancelled prior to embroidery and shipping. If an order has been embroidered and is correct according to your specifications there is no cancellation allowed. 

If an order is returned due to a bad address on the customer’s PO, or the customer refuses the shipment, there will be a 20% restocking fee along with a return freight charge.


Due to the fact that the items have been personalized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. If made an error in your personalization, you must contact us immediately and we will take care of this issue. We realize that mistakes do happen but we guarantee your products 100% and will be more than happy to redo your order to your specifications.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS:  A return authorization number is required, and must be requested within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.  Please indicate the nature of the damaged or defective product.  We will promptly send out the replacement upon receipt of the defective item. 

REFUNDS: Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Merchandise must be returned in its original package, unused, unwashed condition with Sales Receipt within 30 days of delivery.
